Brought up in the Lehigh Valley, Jack graduated from Whitehall High School. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton and a Masters of Taxation at Villanova University. Jack qualified as a CPA and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and gained valuable experience in the Audit Department of Price Waterhouse in New York City.

After joining Buckno Lisicky & Company in 1994, he was promoted to Shareholder in 1998. Jack is the Shareholder in charge of the firm's Business Valuation Service area. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.

A team player on the job and in the community, Jack is active in the local chapter of Pennsylvania's Scholastic Athletic Association basketball officials. He resides in Whitehall with his wife and sons.
