A Lehigh Valley native, Don served as the Managing Shareholder at Loch, Elsenbaumer, Newton & Company before merging with Buckno Lisicky & Company in 2022. Don has over 42 years of experience providing accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse group of small and medium size businesses, municipalities and non-profit organizations. Working with attorneys, Don provides litigation support and forensic accounting services.

Don graduated with highest honors from Bloomsburg University as Valedictorian in the School of Business in 1979 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981. Don successfully completed the Certified Forensic Accounting exam in 2004.

Don and his wife Kelli live in Fogelsville and enjoy spending time with their family including their three grandchildren.
