How do I get my username and password for my SHAREFILE account?
You should have received an email from [email protected] notifying you that your tax return has been uploaded to the CLIENT PORTAL and prompting you to finalize your account set-up.
Are my files safe?
Yes. Your files are protected, transfers are encrypted and secure. The data is also protected and backed up at a secure location.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link under the login to reset your password.
