Karen A. Hoff
As a graduate of
Allentown Central Catholic High School, Karen went on to receive
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration
in Marketing from LaSalle University in 1986.
Karen began her career with Mitsubishi
Corporation in Philadelphia in 1986. She then went on to work
for Pennwalt Corporation in the Marketing Department of the Specialty
Chemicals Division for the next five years before relocating back
to the Lehigh Valley. Karen continued her work in the marketing
area for Pentamation Enterprises closely working with the sales
force of both the Government and Education areas of the business.
As the first Marketing Director for an
accounting firm in the Lehigh Valley, Karen began to work very
closely with the leadership at Buckno Lisicky & Company to
develop an unchartered area for the accounting profession. She
has worked with the Shareholders and staff for the past 16 years
developing and implementing their marketing plan.
Karen resides in Whitehall, with her husband,
son and daughter. As an active member of her church, St. Elizabeth
of Hungary, Karen is a Eucharistic Minister, aerobics instructor
for the health ministry, as well as fundraiser for a variety of
church activities. In addition, Karen is a former member of the School Board and Athletic Association for St. Elizabeth Regional School, and was chairperson for the Annual
Spaghetti Dinner, Designer Clothing Sale, Santa Shop as well
as, head coach for the Varsity Cheerleading Squad. Karen was also the head coach for the JV cheerleading squad at Allentown Central Catholic High School. As an active
participant in many of the animal rescue organizations in the
Lehigh Valley, Karen has spent the last 30 years actively rescuing
cats and dogs and finding them their forever homes.
